100 Day Project

Choose one thing that matters to you. Give it 100 days.

Starting September 1, 2026, choose one thing that matters to you and decide what showing up for it will look like over the next 100 days.

It does not mean doing it every day.

Your commitment might be:

  • Write every day.

  • Move your body three times a week.

  • Meditate twice a week.

  • Call someone you love every Sunday.

  • Spend an hour a week painting.

  • Walk outside four mornings a week.

  • Put $50 into savings every payday.

  • Finally work on the thing you keep saying you want to do.

The challenge isn't to do something every day for 100 days. It's to make a commitment to yourself and keep coming back to it.

Why 100 days?

Because deciding what matters is one thing. Staying with it when life gets busy, motivation disappears, or you miss a day is another.

This isn't about a perfect streak.

Miss a day? Come back.

Have a terrible week? Come back.

Need to change what showing up looks like? Come back.

For 100 days, we're practising what it looks like to keep a commitment we've made to ourselves.

You Don't Have to Do It Alone

You'll be part of the 100 Days of Project community, where we'll share what we're working on, check in along the way, celebrate the wins, and probably talk about the days when showing up did not happen at all.

Because those days count too.

September 1 - December 10

One-time fee: $10

Choose your thing. Decide what showing up looks like. Then let's see what 100 days can do.

I'm Leona.

Over 15 years, as a coach and facilitator, I've helped thousands of people reconnect with who they actually are. I'm fascinated by what causes us to lose our voice, edit ourselves, and become who we think we're supposed to be, and what it takes to find our way back.

I wrote Finding Your Joy Spot based on the science of flourishing. I founded The Lioness Project to research how people lose their voice and how they can reclaim it. I'm writing Unapologetic, which explores what it takes for people to own their voice without apology. That work has deepened my understanding of the patterns that keep all of us from being fully ourselves.

I'm trained in Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed practices, Gabor Maté's work, and Brené Brown's work. I work with individuals and teams across the globe.

I give you structure, accountability, practical tools, grounded wisdom, and permission to be all of you.

That whisper, that nudge that says it’s ok to want more than the life you’re currently living?

Pay attention to it.

Just. Own. You.
